Directions

• Choose which head you want to use for the intended area that you want to target.
• Turn on the device and start at the lowest setting.
• Apply massage lotion or gel to the area that’s being treated. This step is optional but encouraged for maximum results to help the electric currents travel through the muscle more efficiently. 
• Press the head of the pen into the acupressure point you’re treating and adjust the intensity as needed.
