Functions:

• On/Off - To turn the massager on and off, press and hold down the power button for 2 seconds.
• Intensity - This device has two different intensity modes: normal and intermittent. The massager is set to normal mode by default but can be changed to intermittent by short pressing the intensity mode button.
• Hot compress - To turn the heat on, short-press the heat button one time. This will default to the low heat setting. To switch to high heat, short-press the heat button one more time. To turn the heat off, short-press the heat button one last time. Please note that the heat is turned off for your safety when the device is turned off.
• Speed - Our massager has two speed settings, low and high. To toggle between both settings, short-press the speed button. Please note that the low speed is turned on as default.
